Software Engineer
Web Analyst responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing digital measurement solutions, leveraging Google Analytics, tag management, SQL data extraction, and visualization to drive insights and improve marketing performance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement web analytics tracking plans across multiple digital properties, ensuring accurate data collection for SEO, paid media, and creative campaigns.
- Configure and maintain tag management solutions (e.g., Google Tag Manager) to support event tracking, conversion measurement, and audience segmentation.
- Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to generate actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Develop dashboards and visual reports that communicate performance metrics, trends, and optimization recommendations.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing, interpret results, and advise on iterative improvements to user experience and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including marketing, product, and engineering—to align measurement strategy with business goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in web analytics, digital measurement, or related data‑analysis roles.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms.
- Strong SQL querying skills; experience with Python for data manipulation and automation is a plus.
- Ability to create clear, data‑driven visualizations and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests, with a solid understanding of statistical significance.
