Weapons Systems Engineer, Lead

As a Lead Weapons Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the design and development of complex weapons systems. You will apply your expertise in systems engineering, machine learning, and cloud computing to drive innovation and deliver high-quality solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on complex weapons systems.
• Proven leadership experience, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in machine learning, cloud computing, and Python programming.
• Strong understanding of AWS and cloud-based systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
