About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and planning of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Manage project teams, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Perform technical analysis and design for water treatment, wastewater treatment, and distribution/collection systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the water resources team.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in water and wastewater engineering design and project management.
- Strong understanding of water/wastewater treatment processes and hydraulic principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
