Lead multidisciplinary water and wastewater infrastructure projects from concept to completion, managing teams, budgets, schedules, and client relationships while ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle for water and wastewater infrastructure, from initiation through design, construction, and handover.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including civil, environmental, and construction engineers, to deliver high‑quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk registers, ensuring proactive mitigation and stakeholder alignment.
- Serve as the primary client interface, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and providing regular status updates.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and quality standards throughout the project.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering.
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in water and wastewater infrastructure.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
