Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration on Waste and Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to water treatment processes and equipment.
- Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize system efficiency.
- Document maintenance activities, system performance, and any corrective actions taken.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in maintaining and troubleshooting water treatment systems, specifically UPW and waste water.
- Understanding of process engineering principles and equipment used in water purification.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and P&IDs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
