About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead integration of robotic and autonomous warfighter systems across ground, soldier, and maritime domains.
- Design and implement sensor fusion, signal processing, and AI/ML solutions to enhance system performance and situational awareness.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including hardware, software, and test engineers, to deliver end‑to‑end solutions on schedule.
- Develop and enforce security protocols, ensuring all work complies with required clearance levels and defense standards.
- Validate system functionality through rigorous testing, data analysis, and iterative refinement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in systems integration for robotic or autonomous platforms.
- Strong background in AI, machine learning, sensor fusion, and signal processing.
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain) and familiarity with defense compliance requirements.
- Expertise in programming languages such as C++ and Python, and experience with real‑time operating systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills in a multidisciplinary environment.
