Senior analyst driving optimization of warehouse operations through data‑driven insights, SQL querying, and continuous process improvement within a WMS environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret warehouse data using SQL to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, test, and implement WMS configuration changes that improve throughput and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor system performance and support decision‑making.
- Lead root‑cause analysis for system issues, coordinate with IT and vendors to resolve defects, and document solutions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean and Six Sigma principles to streamline warehouse operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse management systems analysis or related logistics technology roles.
- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working collaboratively across functional teams.
- Knowledge of WMS platforms (e.g., SAP EWM, Manhattan, Oracle WMS) and logistics best practices is a plus.
