- Design, implement, and maintain secure VTC and AV systems.
- Manage and secure Cisco Collaboration infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to VTC and AV systems.
- Ensure high availability and mission-critical performance of video conferencing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AV and VTC systems.
- Develop and document system configurations and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and managing VTC and AV systems.
- Strong expertise with Cisco Collaboration technologies.
- Experience with VQ Systems or similar video conferencing platforms.
- Solid understanding of network security principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex technical projects.
