We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented VR Developer with 2–3 years of experience in Unity and real-time applications. The ideal candidate should have experience in VR development, Unity, C#, 3D asset integration, and basic 3D art workflows . Candidates should be eager to learn new technologies, including API integration and backend communication , and be able to adapt to project requirements.
Main Role – VR Developer
- Develop VR applications using Unity and C# .
- Integrate and optimize 3D assets for VR and real-time applications.
- Implement VR interactions, UI, gameplay logic, and training workflows.
- Integrate REST APIs and communicate with backend services for login, analytics, and data management.
- Debug and resolve issues related to Unity, VR, and API integration.
- Optimize applications for performance on PCVR and standalone VR devices.
- Work closely with designers, 3D artists, QA engineers, and backend developers.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn new technologies, APIs, SDKs, and project-specific workflows.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them within project timelines.
Secondary Role – 3D Artist
- Create optimized low-poly 3D models for real-time applications.
- Develop mechanical and hard-surface assets.
- Create PBR textures and materials.
- Produce basic object animations and simple rigging.
- Import and integrate assets into Unity.
- Optimize models, textures, and scenes for VR performance.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience with Unity and C# .
- Experience developing VR applications.
- Knowledge of Unity XR, OpenXR, or Meta XR SDK.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP requests.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability and willingness to quickly learn new technologies, tools, SDKs, and APIs.
- Basic knowledge of Blender or Autodesk Maya is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in VR training or simulation projects.
- Knowledge of API integration and backend workflows.
- Experience with Unity optimization and performance profiling.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices.
- Exposure to shader basics and asset optimization techniques.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Meta Quest or other VR headsets.
- Knowledge of multiplayer frameworks (Photon or similar).
- Experience with CAD-to-Unity workflows.
- Understanding of UI/UX for VR applications.
- Basic knowledge of Python, Flask, or other backend technologies is an added advantage.
