About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional technical teams in the design, development, and delivery of IB technology, CRM, and analytics initiatives.
- Own end‑to‑end project lifecycle using Agile frameworks, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business goals.
- Manage program governance in Jira, tracking progress, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Drive change management processes, preparing stakeholders, training users, and ensuring smooth adoption of new systems.
- Collaborate with senior business partners to translate strategic objectives into actionable technical roadmaps.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical project or program management within financial services or related domains.
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and hands‑on use of Jira for large‑scale program tracking.
- Strong background in CRM platforms and data analytics solutions, with a focus on integration and scalability.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives and drive user adoption.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
