Lead the design and implementation of enterprise‑scale Snowflake data warehouses, driving secure, compliant analytics for high‑value domains such as HR, Finance, and Legal & Compliance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver scalable Snowflake solutions that support enterprise data warehousing for multiple business domains.
- Define and enforce data governance, security, and regulatory compliance standards across all data assets.
- Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust data models and ETL pipelines.
- Lead performance tuning, cost optimization, and disaster recovery strategies for Snowflake environments.
- Mentor and guide a team of data architects and engineers, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture with a focus on Snowflake and cloud data platforms.
- Deep expertise in SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance frameworks.
- Proven track record managing security, compliance, and regulatory requirements for sensitive data.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern data tooling.
