About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the vision for solutions engineering, aligning AI‑driven contact‑center offerings with customer business outcomes.
- Partner with sales, product, and professional services to design end‑to‑end architectures that integrate multimodal AI assistants, NLP pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
- Lead a high‑performing team of solution engineers, providing mentorship, performance management, and technical guidance.
- Develop proof‑of‑concepts, demos, and technical documentation that showcase the platform’s capabilities and ROI.
- Influence product roadmap by relaying market feedback, technical constraints, and emerging AI trends.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in solution engineering or technical pre‑sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, especially NLP and multimodal conversational AI.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and designing scalable SaaS solutions.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for enterprise customers.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team‑building skills.
