Reporting to the Vice President & General Manager, the VP of Software Engineering will lead AQI’s software engineering organization and define the architectural and platform strategy that enables Product’s roadmap . This leader will balance strategic vision with deep technical engagement—knowing when to operate at the executive level and when to get close to the work to unblock teams, challenge assumptions, and accelerate delivery. The VP of Software Engineering will lead engineering, architecture, DevOps, and platform teams to modernize legacy products, scale cloud and on-prem solutions, leverage AI to accelerate development, and deliver high-quality software that helps customers use water data and analytics to improve global water management.
The candidate should based in Vancouver, BC . This role requires approximately 20% travel including travel to Canada and the U.S.
