About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the engineering team responsible for developing and deploying advanced voice AI models.
- Drive the technical strategy and roadmap for Rime.AI's foundation modeling and voice AI solutions.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from research and development to production deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure the accuracy, performance, and scalability of AI models for high-volume conversational deployments.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence within the engineering department.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role, preferably in AI or machine learning.
- Strong understanding of foundation models, speech recognition, and natural language processing.
- Experience with building and deploying large-scale AI systems in production environments.
- Expertise in cloud computing platforms and related infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire engineering teams.
