Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams focused on ML/AI Ops, Developer Experience, Experience Foundations, and Data Platform.
- Define and execute the technical vision and strategy for the Foundational Platform.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of the core technical infrastructure.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within engineering teams.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to align platform development with business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role, managing multiple teams.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, AI Operations, Data Platforms, and Developer Experience principles.
- Demonstrated ability to define and implement technical strategies for foundational platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience in building and scaling complex technical systems.
