Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical vision and strategy for democratic engagement experiences, focusing on clarity, trust, and participation.
- Drive innovation and scaling of the Elections team's operations and technical capabilities.
- Enable cross-functional partners to contribute technically to product development.
- Collaborate with pillar leadership to shape the overall technical direction.
- Mentor and develop engineering talent within the Elections team.
- Report to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) on team progress and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role, preferably as a VP of Engineering.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in product development.
- Demonstrated ability to scale and mature engineering teams and processes.
- Experience in strategic planning and technical vision setting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
