About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale a distributed engineering team focused on cloud‑native services and data pipelines.
- Define product strategy and roadmap in partnership with product and clinical stakeholders.
- Architect and maintain secure, scalable integrations with EHR and practice‑management systems.
- Drive continuous delivery, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices across all services.
- Mentor senior engineers, foster a culture of ownership, and champion technical excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record building scalable, cloud‑based platforms (AWS preferred).
- Deep understanding of data engineering, API design, and EHR integration.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Experience in a fast‑moving startup or seed‑stage environment is a plus.
