About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering teams responsible for the development of AI-powered applications.
- Oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of robust and scalable backend systems.
- Ensure the delivery of reliable, fast, and intuitive user experiences across multiple platforms (backend, mobile, desktop).
- Drive the integration of Machine Learning capabilities into production-ready products.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering department.
- Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define and execute the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role, managing multiple teams.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts and their application in real-world products.
- Expertise in backend development and system design for high-reliability applications.
- Experience with developing and deploying applications across mobile and desktop platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills.
