Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage delivery teams across Experience and Engineering domains within the DACH region.
- Drive the successful execution of client projects, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within delivery teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal leadership.
- Oversee resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation for all delivery initiatives.
- Champion agile methodologies and best practices to optimize project workflows and team performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior delivery leadership role, preferably within a digital agency or tech company.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor diverse technical and creative teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience in driving digital transformation and delivering complex technology and experience solutions.
