About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and scale AI/ML solutions that power predictive analytics for consumer packaged goods clients.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver high‑impact data products.
- Define and execute the AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
- Drive cloud strategy (AWS) for scalable data pipelines, model deployment, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate market insights into actionable product features.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science leadership.
- Proven track record building production‑grade ML models and data pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (SageMaker, Glue, Redshift, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in consumer packaged goods or retail analytics is a plus.
