As Vice President, Interconnection (PSE), you’ll play a critical leadership role within our Power Systems Engineering team, leading the growth and delivery of our interconnection services. You will primarily support independent power producers (IPPs), generation developers, and large load and data center developers across U.S. markets.

This role combines deep technical expertise in transmission planning and interconnection with strong leadership, client engagement, and business development responsibility.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and grow the interconnection team, ensuring high-quality technical delivery and strong client satisfaction
• Allocate resources effectively and review and approve technical reports prior to client submission
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members
• Lead kickoff meetings with generation and large load developers
• Present and explain E Source’s interconnection capabilities across major independent system operators and regional transmission organizations (ISOs/RTOs), including CAISO, MISO, SPP, PJM, ERCOT, NYISO, and others
• Support clients throughout the full interconnection lifecycle, including capacity analysis, application support, model development, study review, and owner’s engineering
• Interpret and communicate complex study results and technical

• Provide strategic guidance to clients throughout the interconnection process
• Partner with sales teams to achieve revenue targets and expand interconnection services into new markets
• Represent E Source at industry conferences and events to build relationships and enhance market presence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with renewable generation and data center developers

• Bring deep expertise in power system engineering, transmission planning, and generator and load interconnection processes across major ISOs/RTOs
• Have strong knowledge of clean energy technologies, including renewables, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and large load and data center projects
