As VP of Engineering at Harappa, you will lead the engineering team, overseeing the development lifecycle of technical solutions for B2B and B2C verticals. This role involves planning product architecture, defining technical strategy, and fostering a high-performance engineering culture to achieve organizational goals.

Our Engineering team is working to simplify the way people upskill. With our broad mission and massive scale, there are countless opportunities to make an impact. Our Engineering team works on MEAN stack with a mix of React, WordPress & PHP & native android & iOS apps.
As VP of Engineering, you would be part of the leadership team responsible to plan, drive, and review the delivery of projects in line with the agreed product pipeline with the objective of improving the technology delivery strength thereby contributing to achieving the organizational top and bottom line. You will lead the teams responsible for the development of all of our products. You’re able to balance business delivery with engineering quality, have strong business acumen, are data and metrics oriented, and can balance a portfolio of short term and long term goals..
As a leader, you will play a crucial role in building the culture, motivating the team and bringing the best practices across all of these functional areas to ensure that the products we build and the technical processes we implement are quantifiable with respect to quality and always deliver the best for our customers.
You are passionate about building a great organization, obsessed with innovation, relentlessly raise the bar on the quality of what we deliver, work with product management to define and influence the product roadmap, manage a fast-paced delivery schedule and influence and drive a high-level tech strategy with the leadership, as well as take a hands-on approach to implementing that strategy.
We are a team of 20+ strong members & we aspire to double the team size in next 6 months.
