Lead the design and delivery of scalable data products, governance frameworks, and AI/ML enablement across the organization, driving innovation through advanced analytics, cloud infrastructure, and robust deployment pipelines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end data pipelines using Spark and distributed processing frameworks, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Define and enforce data governance policies, data quality standards, and security controls across all data assets.
- Champion AI/ML enablement by building reusable model deployment pipelines, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data products and analytics solutions.
- Lead a high‑performing team of data engineers, data scientists, and infrastructure specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, with deep expertise in Spark, Hadoop, or similar distributed systems.
- Proven track record in designing and operating cloud‑native data platforms on AWS or GCP.
- Strong background in data governance, metadata management, and compliance frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience building AI/ML model deployment pipelines and monitoring solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
