Lead data engineering efforts to transform complex ERP data into an AI-legible format. Build a world-class context engine to enable AI agents to reason over financial and supply chain events accurately.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of 20 years of complex, relational ERP data into a format accessible by AI agents.
- Develop and implement a world-class context engine to ensure accurate AI reasoning over financial transactions, inventory, and supply chain events.
- Architect and build the foundational data layer for an AI-native enterprise software model.
- Collaborate with AI and engineering teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
- Drive innovation in data engineering practices to support advanced AI capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading data engineering initiatives, particularly with complex relational data.
- Strong understanding of AI and Machine Learning principles and their data requirements.
- Expertise in building robust data pipelines and context engines.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial/supply chain data is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to architect scalable and reliable data solutions.
