Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multi-team organization of AI agent engineers and data scientists.
- Set technical and delivery direction for AI-powered data and knowledge products.
- Build team capabilities and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Ensure accountability for production systems powering commercialized knowledge products.
- Collaborate with Product Management leadership to define strategic roadmaps.
- Drive the conception, design, and execution of AI-driven data solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within Data Engineering or AI.
- Strong technical expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and data engineering principles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and MLOps practices.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing technical teams.
