Software Engineer

About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of backend engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance microservices using Java and Spring Framework.
- Architect solutions on AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and continuous delivery practices.
- Champion code quality, performance optimization, and best engineering practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience, with 5+ in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS, RDS, Lambda).
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to mentor and grow engineering talent.
