This executive leadership role is responsible for advancing enterprise technology reliability, operational excellence, and service resilience across a large-scale technology environment. The VP will define and execute strategies that improve platform stability, automation, performance monitoring, and incident management capabilities. This position plays a critical role in building a stronger Service Reliability Engineering (SRE) culture and establishing measurable operational standards. The successful candidate will lead highly technical engineering teams while partnering with senior executives to drive technology transformation. The role requires a balance of deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong business leadership to improve enterprise-wide outcomes. Accountabilities:

The VP, Application Reliability & Operations Engineering will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise reliability and operational performance. This leader will oversee teams responsible for ensuring critical systems are secure, available, resilient, and optimized while driving automation and operational maturity across the organization.

• Build and lead a high-performing engineering organization focused on reliability, automation, and operational excellence.
• Establish automated monitoring and health-check capabilities across strategically important enterprise systems.
• Define and execute initiatives that improve service levels, reliability metrics, operational visibility, and technology performance.
• Govern enterprise technology changes to ensure effective prioritization, minimal disruption, and alignment across business and technology teams.
• Lead major incident response efforts, providing clear direction and communication during critical events.
• Drive automation initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance technology operations.
• Develop metrics-driven reporting frameworks, including service-level indicators and performance objectives, to support continuous improvement.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to advise on technology strategies, operational risks, and transformation opportunities.
