This leadership position holds a critical role in defining the trajectory of our products and services, focused on developing unparalleled and transformative experiences within the realm of artificial intelligence.
What You Might Do
- Leadership & Strategy Development:
- Lead all Ai & ML departments, setting strategic direction and defining clear objectives aligned with the company's vision.
- Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration within cross functional teams.
- Collaborate closely with the Co-Founders and other executives to integrate Ai strategies across the company.
- Product Development & Innovation:
- Collaborate extensively with the design and engineering teams to develop cutting-edge Ai features and experiences for the Ai Pin and other products.
- Ensure that product development is aligned with the latest advancements in Ai & ML.
- Drive the ideation and creation of new Ai experiences that are both innovative and commercially viable.
- Research & Development:
- Oversee R&D initiatives in Ai & ML, ensuring they contribute to the company's strategic goals.
- Establish partnerships with academic and research institutions to support them in the advancement of Ai technologies.
- Team Management & Development:
- Build and manage a high-performing team of Ai experts, data scientists, and engineers.
- Cultivate a learning environment that encourages continuous professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Essential Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ai, ML, or related fields.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within Ai & ML.
- Strong track record in developing Ai-driven products and solutions.
- Deep understanding of current Ai & ML technologies and trends.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
