Responsibilities

• Work with the Engineering teams, DS teams, customers, and stakeholders to lay out a comprehensive platform roadmap.
• Bridge the technical and business worlds, designing products and services that customers love
• Lead a team with indirect management line, driving them towards a clear and concise vision
• Understand and lead analyses of the competitive environment, market, customers, and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive engagement and usage.
• Gather global product requirements, write PRDs for new features and enhancements
• Work cross-functionally to bring features live.
• Clearly communicate product and platform benefits to our users and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
• Experience building Search products at Scale, with an understanding of Search AI/Relevance

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA Degree or MS degree in a technology-related field
• Experience within the domain of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, Data Science, Natural Language Processing.
• Experience building web products with a demonstrated ability to take products from ideation to launch, drive product planning, design, development, GTM and global launch
• Strong understanding of the latest trends in financial technology
• Knowledge of the Internet and emerging technologies
• Self-starter with bias toward delivery and business outcomes
• Strong decision making and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
