Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of the AI platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Drive the adoption and implementation of DevOps best practices across the AI engineering lifecycle.
- Oversee the design and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for AI models and applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize machine learning workflows and infrastructure.
- Ensure the security and compliance of the AI platform and associated data.
- Mentor and guide a team of talented platform and DevOps engineers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading DevOps and platform engineering teams, preferably in an AI/ML context.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Expertise in CI/CD tools and methodologies.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid background in building and managing scalable infrastructure for machine learning workloads.
