QA Engineer
Lead AI automation initiatives, designing and deploying intelligent solutions that streamline banking processes using Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, RPA, and cloud services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI automation strategy to improve operational efficiency and customer experience across the bank.
- Architect, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end machine learning and deep learning models that automate repetitive tasks and decision workflows.
- Lead the design and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions, integrating them with AI models and existing banking systems.
- Collaborate with data engineering, security, and product teams to ensure robust data pipelines, model governance, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing team of AI engineers, data scientists, and automation specialists.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML and automation, including hands‑on Python development.
- Proven track record delivering production‑grade Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and RPA solutions at scale.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS) and related services for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, feature stores, and model‑ops workflows.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
