About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for AI‑driven voice agents, covering functional, performance, and usability aspects.
- Utilize the Agentforce Testing Center to monitor and assess AI agent behavior in real‑time voice interactions.
- Validate integration and reliability of Service Cloud Voice infrastructure, ensuring seamless call routing and transcription.
- Apply prompt evaluation techniques to measure and improve the naturalness and accuracy of AI responses.
- Conduct security and compliance testing of voice data, identifying vulnerabilities and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Document defects, analyze root causes, and collaborate with development teams to drive rapid resolution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on QA experience with Salesforce platforms, including Service Cloud Voice.
- Minimum 1 year of experience using Agentforce Testing Center or similar AI voice testing tools.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML testing methodologies, prompt evaluation, and voice interaction quality metrics.
- Proficiency in creating automated test scripts and leveraging test management tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on security and compliance.
