Voice Logger Technical Support Engineer L1/L2 - Call Recording & Telecom
Software Engineer
Support and maintain Voice Logger systems across branches, ensuring proper installation, configuration, and compliance with TRAI/SEBI guidelines while training users and resolving technical issues for landline, mobile, and IVR services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Voice Logger software and mobile logger applications across all branches and franchisees.
- Set up user accounts, storage paths, and ensure seamless integration with cloud-based voice recording platforms.
- Provide training and documentation to branch and franchisee teams on order reconciliation between cloud recordings and Trade Tiger/exchange platform pre‑orders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mobile and landline call recording, as well as IVR BOT services (160/140) in compliance with TRAI/SEBI regulations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement system updates, patches, and performance optimizations.
Requirements
- Experience with Voice Logger or similar call recording solutions in a telecom environment.
- Strong understanding of landline, mobile, and IVR call recording workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud storage and data compliance standards (TRAI/SEBI).
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and training skills.
- Ability to work independently and support multiple sites simultaneously.
