About the Role
This is a full-time remote role for a Voice Cloning Machine Learning Engineer. The Voice Cloning Machine Learning Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining voice cloning models using machine learning algorithms. The Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to build and deploy voice cloning models that scale. The Engineer will also be responsible for analyzing model performance and implementing improvements as necessary.

Responsibilities
- Engage closely with our team to comprehend project requisites and expected outcomes.
- Architect, construct, and uphold our voice cloning AI model, ensuring it aligns well with our vision of Voice 2 Voice Training.
- Utilize your expertise with AI/ML frameworks to devise models that are both precise and efficient.
- Employ libraries for pre-processing audio data, ensuring the model receives quality input.
- Work hand in glove with our full-stack developer to seamlessly integrate the AI model into our web application.
- Troubleshoot, refine, and enhance the AI model to continually boost performance and accuracy.
- Foster a culture of transparency and open communication within the team, routinely updating on project advancements and challenges encountered.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise as an AI/ML engineer, particularly in projects related to voice recognition or cloning.
- Proficiency in Python and a good grasp on libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and similar audio processing libraries.
- Prior exposure to voice processing in a consumer app or B2B context will be highly regarded.
- Exemplary problem-solving acumen and the capacity to work autonomously.
- Proficient communication skills in English, enabling clear discourse within a diverse team.
- Commitment to adhere to project schedules and deliverables, ensuring timely accomplishment of milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in Speech/Voice Cloning Techniques and Machine Learning.
- Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with popular data science libraries such as Pandas and Numpy.
- Demonstrated expertise in Data Preprocessing, Text to Speech synthesis.
- Strong Mathematical Understanding of State of Art Models in Voice Cloning Techniques and Machine Learning.
- Experience with Audio and Signal Processing is a plus.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform or AWS/Azure is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
