Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end data pipelines that ingest, transform, and store large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into robust, production‑ready solutions.
• Implement best practices for data quality, governance, and security across the data platform.
• Mentor and grow a high‑performing team of data engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Drive the adoption of cloud services (AWS) and modern big‑data technologies (Spark, Glue, Redshift) to enhance scalability and performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong background in Python, SQL, and AWS services.
• Proven expertise in building scalable Spark pipelines and managing data lakes.
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams in an agile environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross‑functional teamwork.
