Key Responsibilities
- Lead advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex VMware infrastructure issues.
- Design and implement scalable VMware architectures, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and frameworks using PowerShell and Python to streamline deployment, configuration, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate VMware solutions with cloud and hybrid environments.
- Document best practices, runbooks, and knowledge base articles for internal use.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a VMware L3 Engineer or equivalent role.
- Proficiency in VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, and related technologies.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and Python for automation.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
