What you'll do

• Own and evolve the architecture of the platform, with Golang as the primary language across core services
• Make and guide key technical decisions around scalability, reliability, and system design as usage and complexity grow
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure new features are built on solid architectural foundations, not just shipped quickly
• Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and structural weaknesses before they become real problems
• Mentor and support other engineers, helping raise the technical bar across the team through code review, design discussions, and hands-on guidance
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to balance long-term architectural health with short-term delivery needs

• Solid experience in a Software Architect, Staff Engineer, or similarly senior technical role

• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical trade-offs clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
