Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI/ML models for Foodtech applications including demand forecasting, quality control, predictive maintenance, supply chain optimisation, anomaly detection, and process automation
• Create efficient preprocessing and feature engineering workflows for complex datasets such as production, IoT, sensor, operational, and time-series data
• Build intelligent systems that improve food safety, product consistency, inventory management, and manufacturing efficiency
• Deploy and maintain AI applications across cloud and edge computing environments using AWS, Azure, or GCP
• 2-8 years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong Python development skills
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying ML systems in production environments
• Understanding of data engineering concepts including ETL/ELT processes, streaming architectures, and IoT or sensor-based data pipelines
• Experience working with time-series data, forecasting models, optimisation algorithms, or industrial AI applications is highly advantageous
• Exposure to Foodtech, Agritech, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or sustainability-focused technologies is considered a strong plus
