About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and scale image‑processing pipelines for high‑speed battery cell manufacturing equipment.
- Implement machine‑learning models and computer‑vision algorithms using Python, OpenCV, and CUDA to detect defects and monitor process parameters.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (mechanical, electrical, software) to integrate vision systems into automated production lines.
- Optimize performance and reliability of vision tools, ensuring real‑time operation and minimal downtime.
- Document system architecture, test procedures, and maintenance guidelines for long‑term support.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial vision or image‑processing for manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Python, OpenCV, and CUDA; strong C++ background preferred.
- Experience with machine‑learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and real‑time system integration.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
