Systems Engineer
Lead a team developing advanced vision and inspection solutions for EV battery manufacturing, driving quality, yield, and OEE improvements through hardware, software, and network integration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of vision‑based inspection systems for EV battery production.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and network teams to integrate new equipment and optimize existing setups.
- Analyze inspection data to identify quality issues, recommend corrective actions, and improve yield and OEE.
- Manage inspection equipment lifecycle, including calibration, preventive maintenance, and performance tuning.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, introducing cutting‑edge technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in vision system engineering within a manufacturing or battery production environment.
- Strong knowledge of inspection equipment, data acquisition, and network infrastructure.
- Leadership skills with a track record of managing cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
