Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and maintain machine vision and optical inspection systems.
- Program and troubleshoot cameras, lighting configurations, and image processing algorithms.
- Support re-commissioning of legacy production lines and installation of new vision systems.
- Ensure accurate data transfer and system connectivity with PLCs, SCADA, and MES platforms.
- Enable inline defect traceability and seamless communication across production systems.
- Collaborate on ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in machine vision and image processing.
- Proficiency in automation engineering principles.
- Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, and MES systems integration.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with both legacy and new vision system technologies.
