About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop SystemC TLM models that accurately represent SoC architectures and components.
- Integrate processors, interconnects, memory subsystems, and peripheral models into a cohesive virtual platform.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to validate models against silicon and firmware requirements.
- Optimize simulation performance and maintain model scalability for large‑scale SoC designs.
- Document model specifications, interfaces, and usage guidelines for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong experience with SystemC and TLM modeling techniques.
- Proficiency in QEMU for virtual platform development and debugging.
- Solid C++ programming skills and familiarity with hardware description concepts.
- Experience in SoC architecture design and component integration.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional team.
