KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategy/Product Management
Own the execution of global initiatives and strategy within the Country.
Identify market trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
Build bridges between Product development, Operations and Sales
Be ambassador of Vietnam LCL to our global network.
2. Carrier and Co-loader Relationship Management (incl ad-hoc local procurement)
Support the Maersk LCL Network in building optimum routings (direct or via hub).
Drive growth by increasing utilization of own consolidation boxes.
Manage vendor relationships with Co-load partners and have country specific strategy for growth and service deliverable.
3. Pricing Management
Country responsibility for LCL Quotations for Global and Local opportunities.
Work for conversion and retention of tender opportunities.
Build strong solutions to grow volumes and margins
4. Service Excellence
Implement continuous improvement of standard processes, systems and KPI to enhance LCL service excellence.
Ensuring customer specific KPI’s are met.
Drive cost saving initiatives.
5. Performance Management
Product profitability - Focus on maximise revenue, EBIT and GP through upselling and cost management.
Own the monthly P&L numbers and budgeting
CRITICAL COMPETENCIES
At least 03 - 05 years’ professional experience at similar P&L-owner role(s) in consolidation/freight forwarding/NVOCC .
Direct experience and practical understanding in LCL are big plus .
Local LCL market knowledge and business insight.
