Vice President, Test Engineering - Hadrian Automation

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive test engineering strategies for autonomous manufacturing systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Oversee the design, development, and execution of test plans for hardware and software components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software development, robotics, and manufacturing.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and reliability.
• Ensure rigorous testing protocols are in place for aerospace and defense applications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior test engineering leadership role, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of robotics, automation, and software development lifecycles.
• Expertise in developing and executing complex test plans and strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
