Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and execution of stress testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Perform complex quantitative and data analysis to assess financial risks and vulnerabilities.
- Develop and maintain analytical models to support stress testing scenarios and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate stress testing results into business strategy and risk management processes.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and reporting requirements related to stress testing.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in stress testing, risk management, or a related quantitative field within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, statistical analysis, and data analytics techniques.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and expectations for stress testing (e.g., Basel, CCAR).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
