Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive data development lifecycle strategy that supports AI, analytics, and product innovation at enterprise scale.
- Architect and champion data pipelines, modeling, and governance frameworks that ensure data quality, security, and compliance across all business units.
- Collaborate with line‑of‑business leaders and corporate functions to translate business needs into robust, user‑centric data solutions.
- Lead the selection and implementation of cloud‑based data platforms (AWS/GCP) and associated toolchains to streamline data ingestion, processing, and delivery.
- Establish metrics and reporting to measure the impact of data initiatives on product performance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, engineering, or analytics leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in building scalable data pipelines, data models, and governance frameworks in cloud environments.
- Proven track record of driving cross‑functional collaboration and delivering high‑impact data solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows and how data supports model development and deployment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
