Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for Flosum's Salesforce DevSecOps, data, and security platform.
• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborating with engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
• Understand customer needs and market trends to identify new opportunities and drive product innovation.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact.
• Communicate product strategy and roadmap to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of DevSecOps principles and practices.
• Experience with data management and security solutions.
