Vice President, Regional Client Implementation Manager - Transaction Banking APAC - mufgub

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of transaction banking solutions for clients across the APAC region.
• Develop and execute strategic implementation plans, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, technology) and external clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage client relationships, expectations, and communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring smooth transitions and client satisfaction.
• Drive process improvements and best practices within client implementation methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in client implementation, preferably within transaction banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of the APAC market and its unique business dynamics.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive consensus.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
