About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision and roadmap for the Global Customer Platform, aligning with business goals and market trends.
- Lead cross‑functional teams—including engineering, design, analytics, and operations—to deliver high‑quality product releases on schedule.
- Conduct user research, gather customer feedback, and translate insights into feature specifications and enhancements.
- Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to prioritize initiatives, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure product scalability, resiliency, and stability by collaborating with cloud infrastructure and security teams.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, communicate product strategy, and influence senior leadership decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of launching and scaling enterprise‑grade platforms.
- Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data, define KPIs, and make data‑driven decisions.
- Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable product features.
