Senior product leader driving the evolution of the Markets Data Lake platform, integrating data mesh, AI‑powered analytics, and conversational workflows to enable data‑driven decision making for CIB markets clients.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the Markets Data Lake, expanding from data infrastructure to an intelligent analytics platform.
- Collaborate with data engineers, AI scientists, and UI/UX teams to design AI‑enabled features, agentic workflows, and conversational analytics.
- Prioritize and manage a backlog of enhancements, balancing market client needs, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility.
- Lead cross‑functional agile ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery of releases and continuous improvement of development processes.
- Engage with internal stakeholders across CIB markets to gather requirements, communicate product value, and drive adoption of new capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in data platforms, fintech, or enterprise analytics environments.
- Deep understanding of data mesh concepts, cloud data services (e.g., AWS, Azure), and modern data engineering pipelines.
- Proven track record delivering AI/ML‑driven products or features, with familiarity in model integration and operationalization.
- Strong agile leadership skills, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities, with a focus on translating business needs into technical solutions.
